In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk836", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pk836 platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the pk836 website accessible at pk836.net, including all gaming, sportsbook, casino, and account management services provided thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk836 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pk836 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your pk836 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins value, or other promotional amounts credited to your Account by pk836.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you from your own financial resources, exclusive of any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under our licensing obligations.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, slot, live dealer, and ancillary services available on the pk836 Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk836. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the pk836 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with the pk836 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk836. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

pk836 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active pk836 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk836 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement without exception.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition applies to the player rather than the operator.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pk836, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the pk836 Platform.

The following rules apply to all pk836 Accounts at all times:

1. One Account Per Person. Each player may register and maintain only one pk836 Account. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein.
2. Accurate Information. You are required to maintain accurate, up-to-date personal information in your Account at all times. Providing false or misleading information at any point is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk836 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. pk836 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pk836 may charge a monthly administrative fee against the Balance of an inactive Account. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
5. Account Closure. You may request closure of your pk836 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

pk836 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. All deposits are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) in your Account Balance with no foreign exchange conversion applied.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers are stated at the point of transaction.
• pk836 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which pk836 has no control.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — that is, payment accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. pk836 will return such deposits and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.
• pk836 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within two minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions under normal operating conditions.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their pk836 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion. The first withdrawal request from any Account requires completion of the KYC identity verification process. Documents must be submitted and approved before funds are released. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all pk836 players without exception.
2. Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players against fraud.
3. Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed on the same business day when requests are submitted before 18:00 PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK) may take up to two business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within approximately ten minutes subject to network conditions.
4. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed.
5. Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Fund balance.
6. Verification Holds. pk836 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request for the purpose of identity verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it.

pk836 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses are not available in any jurisdiction where their offer or acceptance is prohibited by applicable law.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pk836 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in the process of being wagered will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus balances that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the stated period will be automatically removed from the Account.
• pk836 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the Wagering Requirement and at what percentage rate. Different game types may contribute at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while certain table games contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting, hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotional loopholes, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

All games available on the pk836 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all pk836 Services:

• All game outcomes on the pk836 Platform are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. pk836 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard completion rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the bet amount will be returned to the player's Balance.
• pk836 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest odds error. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the player's Balance.
• For sportsbook betting, all markets are governed by the sports betting rules published on the Platform. Settlement of markets is final once confirmed by pk836 and will not be reversed except in cases of proven technical error.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game type, player tier, and available Balance.
• pk836 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and certain casino games. These figures represent theoretical long-term return rates and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk836 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or manifest errors in odds or game logic.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account or payment method.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pk836 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or proprietary systems of the pk836 Platform.

pk836 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect on the Platform at all times:

• Minimum Age. The minimum age to use pk836 Services is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced through identity verification procedures.
• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time via the Account Settings panel. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders. Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods. Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) via the Account Settings or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion. Players who require a longer break from gaming may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the Account Settings or to the support team will be processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks. Players may enable on-screen reminders that display their session duration and net gaming position at configurable intervals.

All content on the pk836 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, trademarks, and proprietary data, is the intellectual property of pk836 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk836 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pk836.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of pk836 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk836 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

pk836's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk836 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific game outcome will be achieved. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk836 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk836 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to read any notifications from pk836 and to review the updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform. Your continued use of the pk836 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account with return of any Real Money Balance as described in Section 4.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk836 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk836, you agree to first contact the pk836 support team to seek an informal resolution. pk836 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution as designated by pk836. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
